Is your stationery compliant?

16-Mar-2012

Companies House are cracking down on Companies with business stationery that does not meet the mark.  Directors who fall below the requirements could face prosecution and a fine of £1,000. Letters and emails must show the registration number, registered name and address and country of registration. These conditions also exist for compliment slips that are used as a substitute for a letterhead. Other documents (eg. invoices, order forms) should show the registered name. Companies House are threatening to prosecute if you do not adhere to its requirements.
